Join Team Soul Sports for Tuesday Run Speed & Strength sessions!
These sessions focus on building strength and speed, and will alternate morning with evening classes.
ALL levels of athletes are welcome! We will tailor your training session to your current fitness level.
Tuesday mornings: will focus on Bridge & Hill training using the Lake Worth Bridge / Bryant Park area in Lake Worth. Morning sessions will alternate weekly with evening sessions.
Tuesday evenings: will focus on Speed work using the mulch trail and surrounding areas at John Prince Park in Lake Worth. The mulch trail allows for a softer packed surface to limit injury potential. Evening sessions will alternate weekly with morning sessions.

What you will need to bring:
Hydration- there are water fountains, but you should bring your own source of water / hydration.
Yoga Mat & large towel.
When & Where: Tuesday evenings, alternating with Tuesday mornings. For example, August 21th will be held in the morning at Lake Worth Beach and focus on hills & strength. The following Tuesday, August 27th, will be held in the evening at John Prince Park and will focus on speed and strength.
Time: Tuesday mornings from 6:00am-7:00am. Class ends at 7:00am SHARP! Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Class ends at 7:00pm SHARP!
Cost: $49 / month if paying online for the full month OR $15/class in cash or check. **See payment details below**

*Payment details: If paying online, your card will be auto-charged once every 4 weeks. You may cancel at anytime with written notice to Nicole@TeamSoulSports.com. Please allow at least 48 hours of advance notice prior to your next auto-payment*
*Prior to your first session, you will be emailed: 1) Specific directions to the location. 2) An Athlete Questionnaire which will allow your Coach to learn more about your athletic history. 3) Legal Liability forms to sign and return to your Coach before your first session.
