- Daily training regimes written in one to two week blocks, and easily accessible 24/7 and from any location around the world with internet service. All training regimes focus on your future trekking goals, and your current physical fitness level.
- Daily nutrition guidelines for peak performance while training and while trekking.
- Daily accountability and motivation to complete the journey healthy, happy, and determined to succeed.
