Group Training/ Lake Worth
Would you like to benefit of having a Coach present, but aren’t ready to commit to a full customized training plan? Then group training is right choice for you. We hold weekly group sessions in swim, bike, run and strength and adapt the group workouts to all levels of athlete. A Coach will be present to lead each workout and offer valuable training tips and feedback to each athlete. Check the Soul Squad calendar to see where the closest group is meeting.
Training schedule for MAY, 2016, Lake Worth Area:
Training sessions last for 60 mins and are adaptable to all levels of athletes. Each week we will build from the previous week.
- Mondays: AquaCrest Pool, Delray Beach 5:45 am. With Team Soul Sports and the Palm Beach Masters, with a Coach on deck leading a Tri specific swim session.(add $45/month for Aquacrest option, via check on the first day you join us at the pool). *no session on Memorial Day, May 30th*
- Tuesdays: Alternating Speed/Strength with Bridges/Strength, Bryant Park 6:00am
- Thursdays: Easy/Cruise Run, Bryant Park 6:00 pm
- Fridays: Cruise Bike w/ Bridges, Lake Worth Beach 6:15 am/ Open Water Swim Lake Worth Beach 7:30 am
- Sunday May 22nd: 20+ mile Interval Bike ride, short Brick run, Bryant Park 7:00am
- Saturday May 28th: Mock Tri
