The camp is geared towards the newer swimmer who is training for a Sprint or OLY distance Triathlon. We will safely practice techniques & strategies for a successful race day swim, including conquering anxiety, open water starts, beach exits, group swimming, sighting, and how to best swim in different water conditions. We will also practice Transitions from the Swim to the Bike.
Where: Lake Worth R.G. Kreusler Park, which is part of Lake Worth Beach. Drive into Lake Worth Beach and go as far north (left) as possible. We will meet at the furthest northern beach entrance, in front of the field. It is metered parking and $2/hour. GPS address is: 10 south ocean blvd, lake worth, 33460

What to bring:
- You MUST bring a brightly colored swim cap. No cap = no swim.
- Water/snack if needed.
- Your set up for T1 Transition area (bike, helmet, bike shoes, sunglasses, etc) plus your swim gear (goggles, tri suit, wetsuit if needed, etc)
*For safety reasons, this camp is limited to only 10 athletes*
