D1 Endurance powered by Team Soul Sports is a strength/mobility/skills and drills program for Endurance athletes who want to be faster, stronger, more powerful, more resilient and less injured athletes. The yearly program is set up into 10 week blocks and helps to bridge the gap between strength and endurance.

This program creates a strong foundation for an endurance athlete, focusing on sport specific skills, drills, strength & mobility to enhance swim, bike and run training. The training blocks aim to progressively gain specific training adaptations ideal for an endurance athlete.

If you have a competitive racing season, your Coaches will adapt the training class for YOU and where you are in your annual training plan.

*This is for an 10 week block starting MONDAY March 13th and ending WEDNESDAY May 17th, 2017. Classes are held MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at 6:00am-7:00am.
