If you’ve completed skills and drills 1, you’re now ready to tackle Skills and Drills 2. This sessions builds upon the skills learned in session 1. This session will cover CLIMBING – What you need to do and know to be more effective; Cornering – both fast AND slow; Close quarter riding – Pace lines and elbow; EMERGENCY! – How to escape a miss-hap without getting hurt. We will cover this and much more!
